For whom is this review?
- You need high precision computer mouse
- You need at least 2 more buttons and a mouse wheel
- You often draw masks in Photoshop
This mouse from A4 Tech called X7 is in fact gaming mouse because it has a button for triple click (You can use it as double click for opening the documents). It is an optical laser mouse with the precision of 3600dpi which makes it ideal for precision drawing in Adobe Photoshop. A very nice feature is a small button on the top which is a hardware change of mouse optical resolution, and by this allows you to switch between 4 speeds which simplify drawing masks. Depending on the selected speed, the scrolling wheel (which is also a button) has a different color. The buttons on the sides can be customized but I use it for default next-previous page function.
Mouse cable is very thin and does not get in the way, but is also very durable (I carry it over a year now with my laptop and the cable is still alive)
If you don’t like the patterns on the above examples you can have plain black mouse. Mine is now 1 year old and in the next days I will replace all my other computer mouses with these models.
